| Common Side Effects: constipation, decreased appetite, dizziness, dry mouth, fatigue, headache, insomnia, nausea, drowsiness. |

| Less Common Side Effects: anxiety, blurred vision, cough, decreased sex drive and performance, diarrhea, difficult or painful urination, increased sweating, irritability, itching, lethargy, muscle cramps or pain, nervousness, night sweats, nightmares, rash, restlessness, stomach upset, tremor, vomiting, weight gain or loss. |

| Missed Dose: Take the dose as soon as you remember. If it's almost time for your next dose, skip the missed dose and resume your regular schedule. Don't double the dose. |

Drug Interactions: Combining certain medications may alter their actions or produce unwanted effects. Tell your health care provider about other prescription medications, nonprescription medications, herbs, and supplements you're taking, especially:
- antianxiety medications
- antiarrhythmics (such as flecainide and propafenone)
- antidepressants (such as amitriptyline, fluvoxamine, imipramine, and nortriptyline)
- antipsychotics (such as thioridazine)
- fluoroquinolone antibiotics (such as moxifloxicin, ciprofloxacin, levofloxacin, or gatifloxacin)
- MAO inhibitors (such as phenelzine or tranylcypromine)
- medications that reduce stomach acidity
- sleeping pills.
