| Common Side Effects: inflammation of intestinal lining. |

| Less Common Side Effects: headache, problems sleeping, dizziness, deterioration of brain function, numbness and tingling of arms and legs, chest pain or palpitations, flushing, nausea, diarrhea, constipation, vomiting, abdominal pain, indigestion, abdominal gas, anemia, back pain, tendon rupture, rash, sores on your skin, sensitivity to sunlight, itching, irritation of lungs, pain, inflammation of vagina, pain or burning sensation in your eyes, eyes sensitive to light, fever. |

| Missed Dose: Take the missed dose as soon as possible. If your next scheduled dose is within 2 hours, skip the missed dose and resume your regular schedule. Don't double the dose. |

Drug Interactions: Combining certain medications may alter their actions or produce unwanted effects. Tell your health care provider about other prescription medications, nonprescription medications, herbs, and supplements you're taking, especially:
- antacids containing aluminum or magnesium
- antidiabetic medications
- iron salts
- NSAIDs (such as Advil, Aleve, and ibuprofen)
- products containing zinc
- sucralfate
- theophylline
- warfarin (Coumadin) and derivatives.
