| Missed Dose: If you miss a scheduled dose of this medication, skip the missed dose and resume your regular schedule. |

- hepatotoxic medications

- oral sulfonylureas
- phenytoin (Dilantin)
- protease inhibitors
- quinidine
- rifampin
- statins (medications that lower cholesterol)
- tacrolimus (Prograf)
- theophylline
- warfarin (Coumadin)
- zolpidem (Ambien).
