Common Side Effects: diarrhea, rash, fever.
 
Less Common Side Effects: loss of appetite, nausea, vomiting, cramps, mouth sores, black or tarry stools, blood in the urine, excessive menstrual bleeding, hepatitis, other liver problems, skin irritation, hives, gangrene, hair loss, headache.
 
Missed Dose: Take the missed dose as soon as possible. Then go back to your original schedule. If you miss an entire day's dosage, don't take the missed dose at all. Never double the dose because it may cause bleeding.
