| Common Side Effects: nervousness, anxiety, difficulty sleeping, headache, drowsiness, nausea, diarrhea, dry mouth, loss of appetite. |

| Less Common Side Effects: fatigue, tremor, dizziness, weakness, fluttering sensation in the chest, hot flashes, nasal congestion, sore throat, cough, sinus inflammation, upset stomach, constipation, abdominal pain, vomiting, gas, increased appetite, sexual dysfunction, upper respiratory infection, difficulty breathing, rash, itching, increased sweating, flulike syndrome (headache, fever, chills, muscle and joint aches), muscle pain, weight loss, fever. |

| Missed Dose: Skip the missed dose, and take your next dose as scheduled. Don't double the dose. |

Drug Interactions: Combining certain medications may alter their actions or produce unwanted effects. Tell your health care provider about other prescription medications, nonprescription medications, herbs, and supplements you're taking, especially:
- carbamazepine (Tegretol)
- cyproheptadine (Periactin)
- flecainide (Tambocor)
- insulin
- lithium
- L-tryptophan
- MAO inhibitors (antidepressants)
- oral antidiabetic medications
- phenytoin (Dilantin)
- sumatriptan (Imitrex)
- thioridazine (Mellaril)
- tranquilizers called benzodiazepines (such as Xanax and Valium)
- tricyclic antidepressants (such as amitriptyline and desipramine)
- vinblastine (Velban)
- warfarin (Coumadin).
