| Common Side Effects: weakness, headache, drowsiness. |

| Less Common Side Effects: dizziness, depression, numbness or tingling in your arms or legs, nervousness, irritability, mood swings, staggering, forgetfulness, anxiety, double vision, runny nose, loss of appetite, constipation, diarrhea, upset stomach, nausea, vomiting, urinary tract or sinus infection, weight gain, aches in bones, back pain, cough, bronchitis, rash, bruising. |

| Missed Dose: Take the missed dose as soon as you remember. If it's almost time for your next dose, skip the missed dose and resume your regular schedule. Don't double the dose. |

Drug Interactions: Combining certain medications may alter their actions or produce unwanted effects. Tell your health care provider about other prescription medications, nonprescription medications, herbs, and supplements you're taking, especially:
