| Common Side Effects: headache, heartburn. |

| Less Common Side Effects: anxiety, dizziness, drowsiness, spinning, flushing, low blood pressure, blurred vision, changes in color vision, sensitivity to light, eye pain, increased pressure in eye, retinal problems, eye redness, eye itching or tearing, diarrhea, bloody or cloudy urine, painful urination, prolonged and painful erection, swollen joints, back pain, skin rash, lung infection, flulike syndrome. |

| Missed Dose: If you miss taking the dose 1 hour before sexual activity, you can take it up to 1/2 hour before you plan to have sex. Don't double the dose or take more than your health care provider has prescribed. Don't take more than 1 dose per day. |

Drug Interactions: Combining certain medications may alter their actions or produce unwanted effects. Tell your health care provider about other prescription medications, nonprescription medications, herbs, and supplements you're taking, especially:
- beta blockers (such as atenolol)
- cimetidine (Tagamet)
- delavirdine (Rescriptor)
- erythromycin
- itraconazole (Sporanox)
- ketoconazole (Nizoral)
- loop and potassium-sparing diuretics (water pills)
- nitrate medications (such as isosorbide and nitroglycerin)
- protease inhibitors
- rifampin.
