| Common Side Effects: urgent need to have a bowel movement, oily or fatty stools, oily discharge, passing gas with bowel movement, increased number of bowel movements, inability to control bowel movements. |

| Less Common Side Effects: headache, dizziness, fatigue, sleep disorder, anxiety, depression, nausea, stomach pain, rectal pain, vomiting, irregular menstrual periods, vaginal inflammation, urinary tract infection, muscle pain, joint pain, rash, dry skin, tooth and gum disorders, flulike syndrome, respiratory tract or ear infection. |

| Missed Dose: You can take the missed dose up to 1 hour after the meal. If it's longer than 1 hour after the meal, don't take the medication until your next meal. If you missed a meal or had a meal without fat, then skip the dose and take the medication with your next meal. |

Drug Interactions: Combining certain medications may alter their actions or produce unwanted effects. Tell your health care provider about other prescription medications, nonprescription medications, herbs, and supplements you're taking, especially:
- blood thinners (such as warfarin (Coumadin))
- cyclosporine (Neoral, Sandimmune)
- pravastatin
- vitamins that are fat-soluble (vitamins A, D, E, K, and beta-carotene).
