| Common Side Effects: fast heart rate, low blood pressure, change in taste, hives, rash. |

| Less Common Side Effects: dizziness, fainting, headache, malaise, fatigue, chest pain, decreased appetite, nausea, vomiting, abdominal pain, constipation, dry mouth, anemia, temporary increase in liver function test values, difficulty breathing, itching, hair loss, fever, high potassium level, dry, persistent, or nonproductive cough. |

| Missed Dose: Take the missed dose as soon as possible. If it's almost time for your next dose, skip the missed dose and take the next dose as scheduled. Don't double the dose. |

Drug Interactions: Combining certain medications may alter their actions or produce unwanted effects. Tell your health care provider about other prescription medications, nonprescription medications, herbs, and supplements you're taking, especially:
- antacids
- diuretics (water pills)
- heart medications called cardiac glycosides
- insulin
- lithium
- NSAIDs (such as Advil, Motrin, and ibuprofen)
- oral antidiabetic medications
- other blood pressure medications
- potassium-sparing diuretics (water pills)
- potassium supplements.
