Drug: Enablex

darifenacin hydrobromide (pronounced dar-ih-FEN-uh-sin)

Common Side Effects: constipation, dry mouth, indigestion, abdominal pain.

Less Common Side Effects: abnormal vision, back pain, bronchitis, diarrhea, dizziness, dry eyes, dry skin, itching, joint pain, nausea, rash, runny nose, sore throat, swelling of the hands and feet, urine retention, urinary tract infection, vomiting, weakness, weight gain.

Missed Dose: Take the missed dose as soon as you remember. If it's almost time for your next dose, skip the missed dose and take the next dose on schedule. Don't double the dose.

Drug Interactions: Combining certain medications may alter their actions or produce unwanted effects. Tell your health care provider about any other prescription medications, nonprescription medications, herbs, and supplements you're taking, especially:

clarithromycin (Biaxin)
digoxin (Lanoxin)
flecainide (Tambocor)
itraconazole (Sporonox)
ketoconazole (Nizoral)
nefazodone (antidepressant)
nelfinavir (Viracept)
ritonavir (Norvir)
thioridazine (Mellaril)
tricyclic antidepressants (such as amitriptyline and desipramine).
