Drug: Sanctura

trospium chloride (pronounced TROSE-pee-um KLOR-ighd)

Common Side Effects: constipation, dry mouth.

Less Common Side Effects: abdominal pain, dry eyes, fatigue, flatulence, headache, upset stomach, urine retention.

Missed Dose: Take the next dose 1 hour before your next meal. Don't double the dose.

Drug Interactions: Combining certain medications may alter their actions or produce unwanted effects. Tell your health care provider about other prescription medications, nonprescription medications, herbs, and supplements you're taking, especially:

anticholinergics (medications that treat Parkinson's disease, nausea, and vomiting such as amantadine and benztropine)
digoxin (Lanoxin)
procainamide (Procanbid)
metformin (Glucophage)
morphine (Avinza, Kadian, MS Contin)
sedatives (medications that relax you or make you sleepy)
tenofovir (Viread)
vancomycin (Vancocin).
