| Common Side Effects: skin changes at the site of repeated injection. |

| Less Common Side Effects: hives, itching, swelling, redness, stinging, warmth at the injection site, rash, high glucose level as a rebound effect. |

| Missed Dose: Follow your health care provider's instructions. The instructions depend on the type and amount of insulin you're taking and how much time has passed since your last insulin injection. |
