| Common Side Effects: headache, infection. |

| Less Common Side Effects: lack of energy, trouble sleeping, abdominal pain, constipation, diarrhea, stomach upset, gas, nausea, arthritis, back pain, joint pain, muscle pain, inflammation of the bronchus (breathing trouble), rash, accidental injury, flulike syndrome (headache, fever, chills, muscle and joint aches), allergic reaction, urinary tract infection, swelling of the arms or legs, nasal, sinus, or throat inflammation. |

| Missed Dose: Take the missed dose as soon as possible. If it's almost time for your next dose, skip the missed dose and resume your regular schedule. Don't double the dose. |

Drug Interactions: Combining certain medications may alter their actions or produce unwanted effects. Tell your health care provider about other prescription medications, nonprescription medications, herbs, and supplements you're taking, especially:
- azole antifungals (such as ketoconazole, fluconazole, and itraconazole)
- cyclosporine
- digoxin
- erythromycin
- fibric acid derivatives (such as clofibrate and gemfibrozil)
- hormonal contraceptives
- niacin.
